高枕石頭眠

山中無曆日

Now and then I venture to this pine tree,

Sleep on the rocks with a high pillow care free.

Days in the mountain calendar plays no meaning,

Cold Winter ends but who care what year it’ll be?

坐 觀 垂 釣 者 , 徒 有 羨 魚 情 。

 

Dong Ting Lake In August looks exquisitely smooth,

Water connected to sky seems cannot refrain.

The Cloud and Dream Marsh occupied by steam and mist,

Turbulent wave as if cracking the Yueyang City with no restrain.

Want to cross lake but found no boat to row,

Idling at home is a shame when great man is in reign..

Aimlessly watch others fish with a rod,

Seeing people catches fish I envy in vain.

 

成功之道

　
成功之道(Road to Success)
　
 
嘗有人問我以成功之道。我說首先人生要有目標，目標的大小因人而異。跟著就是苦幹及堅持，擇善而固執。當然有健康的身體是成就大業所必須的，故在年青時 應 著重運動。要知道成功不是必然的，要有屢敗屢戰的精神， 所謂 吃得苦中苦 ， 方為人上人。有很多時成功是經過鍥而不捨，多次以上的堅持及嘗試才會成功的。我試過在談一單系統工程生意，在談七﹑八次後才成功 ，結果客戶還介紹了多三筆生意 。但往往很多人在嘗試幾次後，就過早地放棄了，很是可惜。但光是努力是不夠的，自己的聰明才智，個人能力的充實，有關工作經驗的累積是必要的。所謂學到用時方恨少，所以終生學習可保個人智識跟上時代。其實很多學識不一定要從學校學到，特別是最先進智識例如尖端科技，往往就在業界中。自身充實了才能做大事，所謂修身﹑齊家﹑ 治國﹑才能平天下。

有很多人喜自怨自艾，自信心不足，說什麼我條件不足，長得沒人俊俏，家裡窮，沒有上大學，要知道所有人長下來，除了很小部份人是含著銀匙出世的，大部份人都有不足，那有完美的。上天造了人，給他腦袋，就是要他奮鬥。長相是不可靠的，因為人會有老的一天，聰明才智，才是終生受用，半工半讀也可上大學，力爭上游可做人上人。信心來自聰明才智，成功來自力爭上游(所謂天生我材必有用)。

我相信天將降大任於斯人，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨，餓其體膚。不如是，其鬥志不會昂揚，不會練就一身好本領，以便披荊斬棘，完成大業。試問一個未經磨練的人，那來超於常人的鬥志，異常的本領，成就大業只是空談。

又有很多人說他沒有遇上機會，其實機會天天在他身邊刷過，只不過他未準備好而已。我說的準備好是，你有沒有所需的學歷及經驗。很多人說謀事在人成事在天，好像命運掌握了我們。我認為憑個人的努力，起碼能把成敗率控制在百分七十以上，故所 以 命運不是不可掌握。成功的人在失敗中吸取教訓，失敗的人怨天尤人。

還有比什麼都重要的是人際關係，好的人際關係能増加事情的成功率，能帶來驚喜的機會。要知道在做大事的時候 ， 個人的能力是有限的，所謂 在家 靠 父母， 出外靠朋友，如果在必要時有人幫你一把，一定事倍工半。要成就大業， 除了要 靠 個人領導才能， 好的人際關係更是不可或缺的。要知道我們每天都在影響著週遭的環境，所謂種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆，每件事都有因果循環相互影響著的，你怎樣待人，人就怎樣待你，不要心存僥倖。

人閑桂花落，夜靜春山空。

月出驚山鳥，時鳴春澗中。

Leisurely I watch the withered osmanthus flowers fall,

The hill is empty and quiet in this night of Spring,

Birds of the hill are freiightened by the rising moon,

 Chirping now and then in this stream of Spring.

The bamboo flute blows hightly of the plum blossoms of the Frontier North,,

Little Hill poety always touches on the elegant laurel tree of the Huai River South,

Tunes of the last dynasty, please play no encore,

Listen to the newly re-composed “Willow Twig” once more.
